Fixes and updates for ProjectWisdom.com 3.1.0:

• Completed import of Monthly Themes (see “Themes & Journals” section of Educator Resource Site). Additional “cross-linking” will be added to each monthly theme page.
• Completed migration to new servers, to improve speed, security, and stability of site. 

Known issues for ProjectWisdom.com 3.1.0:

• Self-service option for adding staff to school’s schools subscription is malfunctioning. Work-around in place.
• Some buttons on “Your Account” subpages still not properly formatted (though otherwise functional)
