Fixes and updates for ProjectWisdom.com 3.1.1:

• Reconfigured subscription-based content access to eliminate erroneous access to content for nonsubscribers.
• Restored and upgraded search feature to allow keyword search of Project Wisdom library materials.
• Fixed error preventing schools from self-service addition of staff to school subscription (Account Owners and Mangers can visit Your Account -> School -> Add Member to generate an invite).
